To sign up for the Valentine's Day Gift Shop program
simply print out the two pages below, fill out, sign both pages and
e-mail back top at fundresources@att.net. Please follow up by mailing a hard copy.
Be sure to make a copy for yourself before mailing the hard copy to us.
